Everyone goes on about church without the weird bits.
Once you take out the weird bits you’re mostly left with the boring bits…..and no one wants that.
Weird personalities, weird idiosyncrasies and weird wonders are what creates the interest. In a weird way, they help create the family vibes.
Everybody loves weird in their own weird way cause it relaxes them over their own unique weirdness. And that’s a good thing- cause deep inside we are all as weird as each other.
Stop trying to create a cool church with a cool vibe; you’ll simply end up with a dull church with fake vibe. Flake is better than fake.
And flakey is what we all do when we don’t understand something that we think we ought to.
