The Hit Factory

The Hit Factory

In church life and in leadership, all too often we hear about ‘passing on the baton’. The problem with this is that it implies a LETTING GO of your calling in order to empower somebody else, when we are actually meant to stay in the game for the long haul. Paul was the HIT, but was championed by Barnabas the HITMAKER. Barnabas understood that discipleship through fatherhood and relationship was far more effective than raw leadership – leadership has an expiry date, but fatherhood is lifelong. When it comes to the kingdom of God, leaders are not always called to be the lead singer, but often to be the producer – the HIT MAKER. It’s time to put down the microphone and get in the studio. Recorded live at the C3 Global Leadership Conference, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
